The 2nd Annual Aspen Snow Ball transported guests into a whimsical "Mad Hatter" wonderland where we were invited to create the handcrafted calligraphy and watercolor place cards. Every surface was adorned with most elegant penmanship and designs, elevating the already enchanting charity event that raised $2.7 million for the Children's Oncology Support Fund!
No detail was overlooked by the dedicated planners chaired by Linda Sweet and Jil Repetto. Custom calligraphic signs and accents guided guests through the fantasy-inspired decor. There were awards presented - Rachel Zoe's Philanthropic Impact Award and Tom Lewis's Community Leadership Award that really shed light on the philanthropy’s goals.
Amidst these handcrafted touches, acclaimed entertainers Tove Lo, Mojave Grey, and Nile Rodgers & Chic performed for the delighted crowd hosted by Giuliana Rancic. We truly felt honored to be asked to create these handmade place cards with watercolor accents. The process took days but it was worth it!
The $2.7 million raised will provide vital funding for pediatric cancer support services through the Children's Oncology Support Fund. From counseling to meal deliveries, these funds ease the difficulties families face during treatment.
The Aspen Snow Ball demonstrated the power of philanthropy and giving back and as I looked around the event, I was touched to see our custom place cards across the table tops. By immersing guests in a fanciful atmosphere, the event made an already crucial cause feel even more magical!
